This week has been extra exciting because I have today off from work, and get to spend some time with family! Hello, 3 day weekend! We’re supposed to see 70’s this weekend and I’m crossing my fingers it actually happens; the weather in Idaho can be so unpredictable. Has Spring officially sprung where you’re at?!
Justin was out of town for 4 days last week and it was surprisingly relaxing. He knows just as much as anyone how much I enjoy some alone time, so I’m not afraid to admit that him being gone for a few days wasn’t the end of the world. I was responsible for me, myself, and I. No extra dishes, no extra laundry… it’s the little things, ya know? The best part, though, is getting complete control of the television. Friends and chick-flicks on repeat! This movie on Netflix with Sandra Bullock and Hugh Grant was a cute one… have you seen it?
I have to admit to you guys that my shopping has come to a bit of halt recently, as I just bought a new MacBook Pro and we all know those require a small mortgage to be taken out. But don’t worry, I haven’t completely cut myself off! As I shared on my IG stories yesterday, I purchased these flats last week — I love the tassel detail. This top is incredibly darling for spring, and under $20! This and this are on their way, and I can’t decide if I want to hang them in our master bath, or the powder bath. I included this belt in this post, but found a dupe on Amazon for under $10… it’s on its way, but I’ll report back!
Because I have a serious wandering eye, I can’t help but add things to my cart for a future purchase. I’m on the waitlist for these flats to restock in my size. I’ve had my eye on this $16 vase for SO long, but the shipping delay is what’s holding me back. I’m incredibly eager to snag this hair tool for myself, but maybe should, like, wait for my birthday? Because it also requires a small mortgage.
