Last week I shared this Valentine’s outfit idea on IG, but wanted to give it more attention on the blog! Ever since my big closet cleanout/reorganization (see my favorite organization products here), I’ve been inspired to shop my own closet. So although a few of the pieces I’m wearing are old gems, I’m linking similar styles at the bottom of this post.
I love a good pair of faux leather pants, and this exact pair is still available from Amazon’s The Drop collection. I also recently purchased this pair from LOFT (available in tall inseam) and this skinny pair from Abercrombie. Faux leather is really in right now, so the options are endless.
For someone who wears a lot of neutrals, I can’t say no to a hot pink sweater. Not only does it make a Valentine’s statement, but it’ll keep you warm. Which is, like, a big deal. Am I right? See how I styled a different pink sweater here.
You may recognize these heels from this post, and I’m still enjoying playing dress up with them. While they’re a bit of an investment, they’re a great closet basic and are really comfortable for what they are. Plus, the design technology is nothing like I’ve seen before! Read more about how they’re made here. (Use code SARAHFLINT-BAELLENMCAFEE for a discount).
And to really seal the deal, I couldn’t resist adding a pop of red to complete the ultimate Valentine’s date night look. Ta-da!
