HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you had a fabulous holiday season spent with friends and family. We welcome 2021 with open arms! I’m so happy to be back on the blog today after asking YOU ladies what you wanted to see from me. To kickoff the New Year, I’m sharing an easy, effortless, yet incredibly chic winter weekend outfit idea. If you’re lucky enough to live in a warm climate year-round, I envy you! But for us gals who are stuck in the cold, this post is for you!
I’ve never been one to sacrifice warmth for fashion (or visa versa) because I truly believe you can have both. So even when the temps drop below comfortable, there’s always an outfit that can keep you warm, AND stylish. I personally like to invest in a handful of different coats — short, long, puffy, wool, hooded, thick, thin — because I never want my coat to disrupt the rest of my look. I love a good wrap coat because not only are they fashionable, but they feel like a robe I can leave the house in. That’s a win, win for me! Although coats can seem like small investments, pick ones that are neutral, varying lengths, and most importantly, warm. By doing this, you’ll find that your coats will stick with you year after year. For more of my cold weather must-haves, read this post!
