Now that spring has sprung, I find myself wanting to switch out bits and pieces of my home décor to celebrate the new season. Maybe that means wiping off the patio furniture and hosting a dinner party, or even easier, lighting a refreshing candle. I feel like I’m always going back and forth between spending my money on clothing or home décor, and right now I’m really into home décor for spring.

If you saw my recent catastrophe on IGS, I just got this set of framed prints and as I was hanging one of them, it fell and completely shattered (I have battle wounds to prove it). But we made do by breaking out the rest of the glass and creating a matte look, LOL.

New week, new blog post! Today I wanted to share a couple summer skirts with you all, as I’ve recently become a skirt gal. I’ve always been hesitant with skirts because they’re either too short, or too “old school” for my liking. But, not anymore! Happy Friday Eve, friends! It’s been a minute since I last posted a fashion piece for you guys! So I’m excited to share with you this little number I recently added to my wardrobe.

When it’s hot out, I typically reach for dresses over shorts because they’re easy, comfortable, and breezy. You could pair this dress with a chunky heel or an espadrille wedge, but for this look I reached for my Hermes sandals because they’re timeless, classic and oh so chic.
