MY FAVORITE HOME DECOR STORES

I don’t delve into home decor as much as I’d like, and truth be told.. I have a hard time committing to really decorating our home when I know we won’t be here forever. But, I’m trying my hardest to live in the present and make our house a home for the time being.

While I’d much rather spend $50 on a top than a vase, I still enjoying perusing my favorite home decor stores for pieces that I just can’t pass up. Today, I want to share my favorite home decor stores with various price points.. Let’s get into it!

CB2  | The mounted coat racks shown above are from CB2, and I find their site to be extremely aesthetically pleasing. I wouldn’t say our house is a specific style, but I definitely enjoy a few modern pieces.

H&M Home | Probably my go-to place for home accents because everything is so affordable, and completely meshes with my style. You have to be quick, though, because their inventory doesn’t last long! So if you see something you like, buy it right away.

Home Goods/T.J. Maxx | Since we’re not a big city, our Home Goods and T.J. Maxx are one combined store… *sigh*. I typically shop here for random knick knacks that won’t break the bank. Their furniture section, at least at our location, isn’t superb. But, I’ve found a few hidden gems in the past!

Ikea | While their site can be bit annoying to navigate, and not everything online is always available to ship, this is a great place to search for home decor on a budget! I recently snagged these baskets for our laundry room cubbies and I’m obsessed. And for $10 each??? Can’t beat that.

Pottery Barn | I can’t help but think of F.R.I.E.N.D.S when I talk about Pottery Barn, but they have really classic, traditional pieces. One of my favorite accent bowls is from here. And our floating shelves are from here, too.

Target | Gotta love ol’ fashioned Target for home decor! Ever since creating their exclusive collections with Magnolia (Chip and Joanna Gaines) and Studio McGee, I think their home decor options have sky rocketed. I always leave their with something I never knew I needed! Their throw pillow section is also where I snag most of our accent pillows.

West Elm | A few pieces of our living room furniture are from here, and they share the same modern aspects that CB2 has, but I find they have brighter color options.

World Market | Similarly to West Elm, we have a lot of furniture pieces from World Market. They’re pretty affordable without sacrificing quality. I can’t say we have much home decor from here, but they’re a great option for furniture.

A few other home decor stores that I have yet to try…
