Today’s post is especially exciting because I get to partner with one of my favorite body care brands, Nécessaire. I’ve talked about Nécessaire here, here and here, so you can imagine how giddy I am about working with them, and today I’m sharing my favorite body care products of theirs.
Nécessaire is a clean, vegan body care brand that creates only The Necessary. They are climate neutral and plastic neutral certified. All of their products are manufactured in the USA, and they give 1% in every sale back to environmental non-profits. Not to mention all of their products are made up of essential oil blends, or are offered entirely fragrance-free. Umm… how cool! You can read more about their footprint here.
Besides knowing that their products are entirely safe for my body and skin, I can’t help but appreciate the little things, like their sleek packaging. Each product package is very minimal and looks so nice on your vanity or sitting in your shower. Chi-chi!

#1 | The Body Wash
This was my first ever Nécessaire purchase, and still my very favorite. The ‘eucalyptus’ scent gives your shower/bathroom a spa-like aroma!
#2 | The Body Lotion
Only available in fragrance-free, I love this body lotion for everyday. It’s a thicker consistency, making it great for those with drier skin, or for those who just want extra moisture. Tip! Make a skin cocktail combining a dollop of The Body Lotion and your favorite essential oil to create a custom scented lotion.
#3 | The Body Oil
I shared how I use The Body Oil in my baths here, but I’ll also combine it with The Body Lotion when I’ve just shaved my legs and am fresh out of the shower!
#4 | The Body Exfoliator
Nécessaire preaches to treat your body like you would your face, so just as I take the time exfoliate my face, the same goes for my body. I love using The Body Exfoliator before I shave (both my legs and armpits!), as well as on my feet, and elbows. Follow with The Body Oil and The Body Lotion to hydrate your skin afterwards.
Those are just a few of my favorite products, but they have even more! They actually just released their first ever shampoo/conditioner duo and I’m so eager to try them out.
