This outfit might look simple — a tee, jeans, flats, and a jacket — but every piece was chosen with intention to create something cohesive and figure-flattering.
Jeans: A khaki tone to add interest while still sticking to my tried-and-true 100% cotton denim. I rolled the hem to give the jeans a bit of personality, elongate my legs, and show some ankle (which naturally draws the eye down to the shoes).
Top: Yes, it’s a cotton t-shirt — but a flattering one. The side ruching creates shape without any tucking or belting, which is always a win.
Shoes: Flats made sense for the weather, but the square toe keeps them modern. Most importantly? They’re actually comfortable.
Jacket: Light enough for not-quite-cold weather, but still adds structure. I love the edge leather brings since I naturally dress more feminine. Layering season is my favorite, so I’m holding onto my jackets a little longer.
