It’s no secret that I love products. Hair, makeup, skin, food… all products are welcome in my home! If a product has attractive, luxe packaging.. all the better. And if a product is organic, paraben, sulfate, and yucky stuff FREE, my oh my!
I initially came across this lotion from Vivaiodays on Anthropologies’ website and was intrigued by the luxe, cute packaging and the apricot oil. After reading the product description, I found that Vivaiodays is organic certified, made for kids, but loved (and stolen!) by adults. My philosophy is, if it’s safe for kids… it’d better be safe for adults, right? And vis versa.
After having used the lotion for about a month, I can confidentially say that I’m loving it. The consistency is nice, thick and moisturizing, without being oily or cakey. Plus, the scent is faint, yet still present which is what I look for in a body lotion. I prefer my perfume to do the talking, so I love that this lotion doesn’t have an overpowering smell.
A huge THANK YOU to Vivaiodays for allowing me to try a few of their other fan favorites. I use the Tsubaki Leave-In Conditioner and Detangler after washing my hair and it makes brushing my hair a seamless task. Not only does it leave tangle-free hair, I truly notice a shine/softness in my hair once it’s dried.
The Olive Oil All Purpose Rescue Balm has been a lifesaver on my dried, cracked nose. I also lather it on my lips before bed, and wake up with buttery soft lips. I’m excited to try the balm in the middle of winter when my dried, cracked knuckles need some lovin’.
There’s a multitude of products I use to remove makeup, but the Rose Geranium Cleansing Water has been a wonderful, pre-cleanse or even used as a post-cleanse toner. On the rare occasion I wear a liquid lipstick, the cleansing water takes it off in a couple swoops. I also love that it comes in a smaller bottle, which would be great for travel!
Whenever I get to try new products, I love to use them continuously for a few weeks in order to generate an honest opinion. I use these Vivaiodays products multiple times a week, if not everyday and was so happy to finally share my thoughts in a blog post! Whether you have kiddos or not, I hope you feel inspired to try these products out, too.
