Welcome to Friday, friends! I’ve actually had the past few days off, so it’s been really nice to hang at home and get stuff done. I’m definitely getting that spring cleaning itch, and I’ve already told Justin a handful of house chores I want to accomplish within the coming weeks. I love organizing and getting our backyard hosting-ready this time of year. Have you started any major spring cleaning or projects yet? Let the warm weather roll in!
I officially signed up for a half marathon in May, so there’s no turning back now *insert sweating emoji*. I will say, though, that there’s nothing quite like an outdoor spring run. Something about the fresh warm air, sunshine, and light breeze makes each mile more enjoyable. If you haven’t gotten a chance, check out my Running: From One Beginner to Another post, here.
Remember the floating shelves in our living room, and the post on IG asking you guys what photo collage you liked better? Well, those shelves are embarrassingly STILL empty. I’ve been eyeing these frames from Target for a few weeks now, but haven’t pulled the plug yet. Why can’t nice frames be, like, $10? Ya know?
I made this skinny margarita recipe last weekend, and it’s a keeper! If you love the taste of tequila, I can almost guarantee you’ll be a fan of the recipe. It’s *chefs kiss*! This playlist is my favorite for bath time, but also for playing when I’m working, or hanging around the house; it just has nice, chill vibes. I’ve nearly burned through this candle in the last week and a half, and am looking forward to using the jar for jewelry, cotton balls, or something where I can put it on display.
That’s all for today; thanks for being here! Xx, E
