Hello May! With our trip to NYC just 8 days away, I wanted to roundup a list of items I’m eyeing to bring. Some things I’ve already collected over the past few weeks, and others are in-transit as we speak. Let me share my finds with you!

As much as I’m hoping for warm weather, I’m not sure that’s what we’re going to get. Especially when we’re in the Hamptons! I’ve never been, but because it’s a beach town, I’m assuming the winds will be prevalent. So with that in mind, I’m trying to pack a variety of choices and layers. This tank just arrived and I think it’ll look super cute with this oversized gauze button-up over it. For the cooler days, I also snagged this long sleeve dress that I can wear with sneakers or sandals. And maybe wrap a denim jacket around my waist, or draped over my shoulders!
If we get nicer temps, I’m looking forward to breaking out these linen shorts. I just ordered this $15 flutter sleeve top that would look very “Hamptons” with a classic pair of white denim.
These sandals are supposed to be really comfy — a must for walking the city — and I just bought these Veja’s for our days in Manhattan. A small crossbody will be my best friend while playing tourist, and I can almost guarantee I’ll need a light jacket at some point.
