Ahhh, Friday, nice to see you again! This week has been an uneventful one for me as I tweaked my low back and feel like I went from age 25 to 65 in the matter of hours. So, rather than starting my half marathon training, I, well, couldn’t do much exercise at all. Long walks and yoga have become my good friends this week and although I’m not running like I had planned, sometimes a change in movement is just what the Doctor ordered. And hey, at least I’m able to stretch and move at all. And for that, I am grateful.
Justin and I continued watching The Bachelor this week (here comes the drama), and we watched the Tiger Woods documentary on HBO Max. Even if golf is of no interest to you, there’s some real juiciness in the midst of all of Tiger’s success. I’d recommend! Have you seen it yet?
As you know, my goal for FFN in 2021 is to share more home content. I recently shared this home décor inspo post, and have loved thinking about how I want to continue to add to our home! One of my favorite bloggers, Kathleen Barnes from Carrie Bradshaw Lied, shared some DIY home décor project videos this week and now I want to go thrifting… check out her post about it, here! I’m usually not one to DIY anything, but the videos she shared have me inspired. I’m thinking I’ll start small… perhaps paint a few vases first? Before breaking out the tool box.
