I attended a wedding in early September and loved my dress so much I wanted to share it on the blog. Currently 20% off from H&M, this patterned slip dress was a total last minute purchase when I realized I didn’t like any of my other dresses. Go figures!
It’s a slip style dress, meaning there’s no bells or whistles, just a dress you slip on over your head. I love the dark brown, beige and white tones and the slit in the back. It also has a small ruching detail on the bust with adjustable straps. Do keep in mind that it’s made of 100% polyester, so the fabric doesn’t have any stretch.

When the temperatures drop, I’m envisioning this dress over a black turtleneck bodysuit paired with black sock booties. I think that’s a chic way to wear a slip dress for the colder months! Thanks for reading —
