I gave a sneak peek of these Margaux sandals a few weeks ago, and couldn’t wait to style them a couple different ways so you could see how versatile they are.
If you remember a few weeks back, I asked for comfortable, yet stylish sandal recommendations for work, exploring, and everything in between. After discovering Margaux, I was so excited to take these sandals on our most recent trip to CA because of their everywhere comfort and timeless style. Thanks to their plush insole and perfectly placed ankle strap, there’s little-to-no rubbing or discomfort. Pair them with denim cutoffs, dresses, skirts, or jeans! LOOK #1
The first look I put together for you guys is basically my summer uniform. I love a good, quality pair of denim shorts with a basic sweater tank. It’s easy, requires little thought, and I feel ready to go from running errands to happy hour. To add some visual interest, and let’s be honest, to keep me warm in cold restaurants, I love a striped blazer. My exact blazer is an old treasure, but I’ll link some similar options at the bottom of this outfit.
sandals – TTS | denim shorts – size down | ribbed sweater tank | blazer is old, but love this one or this one | earrings | pinky ring | stretch bracelets | padlock necklace | bag is old Madewell, but similar style here and here
Look #2
The second look I styled for this post is super simple, more so than the first look. Fit and flare dresses will always hold a special place in my heart because of their effortless flattery. Regardless of your size, find dresses that have a belt or cinched waist to accentuate your mid section and create that hourglass effect. The one I’m wearing here is years old (digging out my closet gems for this post!), but I’ve found some great alternative options linked for you at the bottom of this post.
To keep things easy yet fashionable, without sacrificing style or comfort, the Margaux Flat Sandal looks oh so chic with this simple dress. Wear this exploring new cities, brunching with girl friends, or on date night!
sandals – TTS | dress is old, but this, this or this are great options | bag (color: stone) | earrings | pinky ring | padlock necklace | stretch bracelets
Besides the versatility, comfort, style and quality of Margaux’s shoes, I love that it’s woman-owned. All of their designs are dreamed in NYC and brought to life in Italy. You get the same amazing quality with Margaux as you would high-end designer shoes.
