Maybe it&#8217;s getting in more daily steps, enrolling in a fitness class, attending a gym, doing 15 minutes of yoga a day, etc. Personally, I&#8217;m trying to get in more daily steps because I have a desk job and feel my hips and low back ache when I don&#8217;t get up and move every hour. I also recently joined a lagree studio late 2022 and have been enjoying a few classes a week in addition to weight training.</p>
