Oh boy! The temps officially dropped over the weekend and it’s time I rearrange my closet to reflect said temperature drops. That means pulling out my long sleeves and sweaters to the forefront, including this fun cutout sweater from Express.

I love the dark green, cozy knit fabric, and mock neck. The small cutouts at the neck add a little flare without sacrificing much warmth; a must for cold weather states!

Summer is typically when I like to play with color, and while yellow isn’t typically what I reach for, I actually really love these vibrant lace-up sandals from Express! Because they’re so bright, I think they make the perfect summer statement sandal. Below, I styled the sandal 2 different ways, but also think they’d be just as cute with your favorite pair of cutoff shorts and a simple tee.

With every new season, I like to rotate the clothes in my closet and take inventory of what I need to get rid of/replenish while doing so. As I’m transitioning my summer clothes to the forefront, I noticed I don’t have many “going out” tops. Insert this tropical top from Express! I ordered this a few weeks ago and am pleasantly surprised with how much I love it in-person.

I always love a puffy sleeve, and the sweetheart neckline is super flattering.

If you’re 5’9 or taller, you know how hard it can be to find a bodysuit that fits well. I’ve seen people rave about Express’ body contour line and thought I’d try their beloved bodysuits out for myself. I’m here to report that they’re as good as people say they are, and work with my taller frame! No more of this “pulling here, tugging there, wedgie here” uncomfortable situations.
