I love the new year because it feels like a fresh start. That said, I also think it’s important to remember that you can begin again at any point — not just on January 1st. In 2026, I want to choose quality over quantity, in both relationships and material things. I want slower mornings and peaceful evenings. I want to romanticize my life, even when no one is watching. And I want to be okay with the idea that “success” doesn’t always mean more money or more status.

Now that Christmas is put away and my house is back in order, I’m seeing holes that I’d like to fill with new décor! Anyone else feel this way after the holidays? More specifically, I’m really honing in on our primary bedroom this year and making it a space I can’t resist. It’s also the room I film the most content in, so I’d love to spruce up the walls/décor to make my videos more appealing.
